Medication refill policy

If your pharmacy sends us a refill request for contraceptives or other medication and your prescription is greater than 12 months old, you must make an appointment to see the practitioner again. Other refill requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis as necessary. The best thing you can do to ensure that you can get your medication is to schedule an appointment for before  you run out. This clinic is only open 1 day a week and is closed for the summer. Please take this into account when scheduling your appointments.

If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please call the University Health Center within 24 hours of your scheduled time so others can take advantage of this opening.  985-549-2242
